Linda From Maine "I have 2024, but I've tended to use the same tools as 2020 and the one I had before that. Partly, this is because I use Nik Collection extensively, and when I really want to play, I go into Topaz Studio 2."

Same here, for the most part, PSE and PSPro are the base to hang our plugin on, and to do basic tool modifications, ie. Crop, Straighten, etc. Topaz is the chrome do-dads that make my edit programs function.

Check Sippy in the art section, he is drawing with an art board. Rongnongno, thank you for the prompt... artboards are not super expensive and are another tool in our photo modification toolbox.

For adding text I use Lightshot a free program

Of course at the beginning... but I recall that if you change the dimensions for printing the author suggested a quick check of noise... using the screen splitter in Topaz deNoise AI...

If I try to do anything after Gigapixel... my computer bogged down with the big file... so increasing pixels is the end task.

Beautiful panorama... but if you whacked off the right hand third you would have a clean story.... the second house is distracting. The first house appears to have been a mill that is the purpose of the fall.

I like image 1, it has a rhythm and the lines remind me of sheet music.

1. Display and Perception. On a 50"TV.... On Monitor... Printed... on a billboard. The fine points disappear. Human eye, can not perceive fine points that Pixel Pickers instrumentation sees.
2. My excellent 2001 Kodak DC 4800 with a fly speck sensor was the first to achieve 3.1 mp RAW... a copped JPEG was cleaned with Topaz and Sharpened, both AI. Then enlarged with Topaz Megapixel AI. The resulting image printed an 8x10 image beautifully... I was amazed.

I agree... as MJPerini said: "I have made absolutely gorgeous prints from 8MP & 12MP cameras "

I have used painting textured water color paper.... and cut to my printer size. The ink spreads giving a "look"
It is thick so you must tell your printer the weight of the paper

Check Amazon and Red-river paper...

I have long used Dynamic AutoPainter... to give custom renditions as if painted by a classic painter

Free on line https://www7.lunapic.com/editor/ gives you some very interesting variations... FREE

These last MS W-10 has cleansed my computer of passwords, my msWord 2021 and installed many MS things I have refused before... It kept updating until I accepted all the unwanted MS changes.

Sorry MS, I have my S# and on a thumb, USB drive the program... nice try you SOBs at the Marketing department.

Yes, mizzee, you have a Mac but MS, and Adobe are both Marketing department/accounting controlled. Sorry for my venting my frustration with having to redo my Passwords, reinstall, and other things not yet found!!!

"Black animals have a variety of tones and hues and they are best applied in layers...upon layer, upon layer. I created 26 layers in this portrait which was far more than any that I have done thus far in digital painting."
Sippy's movie 26 shades of gray. A lot of effort for good results...
