Just when you thought it was almost safe to live on planet Earth - Monkey Pox!

WHO stopped short of declaring monkey pox a "Public Health Emergency of International Concern." It is spreading quickly and covering large areas of Europe. As you might know, it takes just a few hours for Europeans to get to this country. The disease is really ugly, and it could leave you scarred, but it's not generally fatal. Silver lining to the cloud?

On the other hand, maybe this is just a h**x, like C***d was.

I took one course in Economics in college because that's all that was left and I needed it to fill out my credits. I didn't understand what he was talking about right from the first day and it didn't get any better.
So here's my problem. The Federal Reserve just increased interest rate by .75% with the good news that another increase would be coming later in the summer. This is all done to ward off recession.(I think it's already here) So the interest rate will increase the rate on credit cards, car purchases, housing and everything else and they say our pay check will be less to. I'm not sure about that but it certainly won't go as far.
Finally to the point. If all these things are going to cost us more how will that help to ward off recession? Please don't be a college professor and explain it to me in six syllable words. Just single syllable layman's grunts will do just fine.,

Fact Checkers are a typical weapon used by the left to try to debunk anyone differing with their agenda. They usually try to claim others have lied, by advancing their own lies. Fact Checkers are used by a slew of websites and search engines, I'm sure you seen a Fact Checker window pop up on searches, if you search for anything conservative. So, you really cannot rely on a Fact Checker to give you the t***h.

Here is the Fact Check #2 which you wanted us to re-read (shown in blue):

CLAIM: At least 2,000 “mules” were paid to illegally collect b****ts and deliver them to drop boxes in key swing states ahead of the 2020 p**********l e******n.​

THE FACTS: The finding is based on false assumptions about the precision of cellphone tracking data and the reasons that someone might drop off multiple b****ts.

Why is it that you (or this l*****t website) do not accept the precision of cellphone tracking? Even the FBI uses cellphone tracking. To prove it and to convince myself...Just yesterday I got my monthly email from Google Maps Timeline, showing exactly where I've been in the past month. Not only did it show the 7 different cities we were in, but also showed the inside of 2 restaurants we ate at, one being about 90 miles from home. It also showed a picture of a garden center we bought plants at. So, Mr. scallihan, geo-tracking is accurate.

As to the reasons why someone would drop off a batch of say 5 b****ts each into 14 different drop boxes at 2:00 AM in several different cities, and wearing rubber gloves to do so...I'll leave that to your common sense...perhaps something illegal! If you were on a jury, would you deem this to be normal v****g activity?

The solution to this problem is simple: Eliminate drop boxes for v****g, eliminate b****t harvesting, and have in person v**er ID so that only US citizens can v**e. No v**es for i******s, nor non-US citizens, nor for dead people. Exceptions to be made for the military.

Of course, the left is going to bash anything which doesn't conform to their agenda. They call the analysis flawed. Well, seeing with one's own eyes the videos of mules dropping off multiple harvested b****ts at 2:00 AM in one night is sure convincing. And why would that one person have to go to 14 different drop-boxes in one night? ... if it wasn't for illegal activity? It even shows the mules wearing rubber gloves before the drop, and throwing the rubber gloves into a nearby trash can right after the drop, so as to avoid fingerprint detection. When was the last time you v**ed legally wearing rubber gloves? The documentary merges hard evidence (geo-location) that even the FBI uses in their crime-fighting activities, with videos of the criminals activity. May I suggest that you view the documentary yourself before making up your mind otherwise. Or perhaps, your mind is already made up.

Who's the "we" as in "we got the bright idea" to make an element collection? Were any teachers involved. To do some of the things that you say you did, you had to handle some pretty nasty chemicals. I believe that commercially, nitroglycerine is made with fuming nitric and sulfuric acids and you can't get any nastier than that. And if you were successful, in addition to a pretty nasty bomb that nitroglycerine is also a powerful vasodilator which could significantly affect your blood pressure, muscle reactions and worse. I think some of these things would top most people's stupid human tricks list. And yet we survived
