From what I've read there is no improving it. It's a buffer limitation.

I sometimes feel like I'm at the back of the bus too until I see a quality image that comes from my K-3, K-70 or K-30. They all make fine images. I guess I just dare to be different.

I had spots like those on a sensor turns out all I needed was a Giottos rocket air blower. It took the spot right out!
