This is just my view, as I prefer to photograph with natural light even to the point of leaving the flash behind if possible.
natural colours are what grabs me, to much hdr work or over adjusted colours to me distract my eye, Just the nature guy in me I guess.

Thanks for getting back to me. No problem with your point of view; different strokes, etc. When I first started out I disliked HDR but now it appears to be growing on me. Or as my wife would say, my taste is in my mouth! :D

#4 catches me. The sun in the tree takes you back there but also the cloud line up and the tree colors changing in the different bars of color also take you to the back. I really like it.

No.2 half expect the wizard or elf or lady of the lake to show up. the others the colours just don't grab me .

Thanks for looking and commenting. I recognize that my images won't be seen as stunning by most of the viewers most of the time. So any positive comments or constructive criticisms are always welcome. But in the final analysis, as one who does not make a living with a camera, if I can see a trend towards improvement in my images i've achieved my goal. However, am curious as to your view on how to grab with the colors.

Dook thanks for your time and comments, from a shooter whose work I admire it means a great deal.
