Shot from a cruise ship as we left Frisco
Really difficult to get a good shot of the tower any more, it is so dwarfed by high rises. This was taken from a cruise ship from an angle of the least obstruction.

Actually, the 2 letter abbreviation for Hawaii is HI. I know because I lived there for 3 years.
I guess I should know that myself I was stationed there for three years

None of these birds seemed aggressive to me, just run around looking for food. They are legal to take anytime for food. I guess the hurricane that went over Kauai in 1991 just spread all the chickens around and they have ben running free since, I guess we could call then the Hurricane Hens
One of the literally thousands of feral roosters roaming the Island of Kauai Hawaii

Nice shot. Looks like your ready for the Super Bowl. A very unique stein. I have never seen anything like it. Is it modern or does it have some years on it?

I picked it up in Germany about 25 years ago

I don't think the depth of field is too narrow. Duck is a real beauty. Nice shot. Some of these camera's are pretty darn smart. LOL
Yes they are but when you are in the program mode they want to select the widest aperture to get the shutter speed faster and the wider the aperture the shallower the DOF. I do like manual mode but that is not so great if you need to act fast to get a shot although that guy was not moving all that fast

Thanks. Captive, then? Or wild?
I guess that would be your definition of captive - I am sure the parks people put them there but they just seem to run wild. Lots of them around the ponds
