Hi, just looking around the new format and thought I would post a few from our recent travels. Still wish to catch up with old friends I used to speak to, if they are still here of course. Enjoy. Love the photos I have seen so far.
Trying for my weeks theme of "Action Shot" but due to our week of steady rain this is all I could manage. Wanted a plain background, green grass, DOF etc but due to the rain had to take under my awning with a busy background. Forecast is for another 4 days of wet conditions.. My old dog Minka (12 years) catching the biscuit and new pup Jindi (14 months) waiting her turn. Focus on two moving dogs was difficult. Any suggestions of improvement would be appreciated. 160 photos were taken and this was the best. Focus still not good. Animals are a hard subject.
We had planned to or maybe Ivanhoe we haven't decided yet. We are just driving, stopping, enjoying the areas and having fun with no time to be anywhere.

Look forward to it Karenn, Are you coming back to Sydney from Adelaide across the Hay Plains? I love that drive - most people think it's boring but I've done it a dozen or more times (lived in Adelaide for a while) and I really enjoy it. Have a safe trip.
Heading off on another adventure on Monday for a month. The great ocean road, Victoria and back through to Sydney via South Australia. Doing areas we have not seen further down south. Some of South Australia will be repeated but we are on our own so we can stop when we like and stay a bit if it is perfect. More pics to come in a month for you to see.

Great set of images Karenn with nice explanatory dialogue. Thanks for sharing. I am gradually seeing some of the places I left too late to visit through your posts on UHH.
