Like this keni and agree with Az that some recognizable element in an abstract can be a good thing. Some may dislike your color choices but I'm calling it your style.
Yes it is. Phone editor reluctant to correct distortion as well as I had hoped.
This was just an exercise in "run what you brung".
Pretty much agree with Erich. Include all the tree, unless the right side is too ragged, frame a wider shot to give more balance, (negative space has balance) and add nothing else. If the capabilities of the camera be it phone or otherwise limit framing a shot to advantage a wee stretch in any pp usually fixes things. Like your concept here.

Melting snow looses its "whiteness".
To clarify my previous comment on your composition choice, I prefer different. Most would favor the boardwalk.
Those new fangled smartphones ain't too shabby. Taken and edited on a Galaxy A8.
Bit wonky for my liking but wanted to use the phone's features only.
Like this one for it's thoughtful composition.
Early Winter scenes are so pretty.
Very nice. We may differ on whether the red-orange element contributes or not.
That same system that gave you 4" gave us 1 1/2 ft while it was hammering Colorado to the south. It was our third major storm since September, long winter indeed.
Played with your original too using color efex. Somewhat primitive compared with newer pp but free, at least when I downloaded it awhile back. They have some split filters that blued up the sky without putting a blue cast over the whole image.
Thanks all. Took my $5. Nikon 600AF along hoping to get some frustrated xmas shopper shots. Learned that the auto features of this capable compact aren't as comparable with street as I had hoped. Always on the lookout for patterns and the roof over the food fair obliged.
Another day, another mall, another camera..... just killin' time.
Great series. Like them all!
True, it is all about the light on this one. Your trial shot at least will tell if composition is compromised. One sees and imagines things differently than a camera.
Warm fall colors keni. Pleasant composition.
I keep coming back to look at this one. The colour, Lighting and shadow patterns are gorgeous. Can't help but wonder what it would look like with everything removed from the table in front of the mirror except the round vase with the flowers and just maybe the round basket as I like the shadow it casts. Think that the reflection of the vase on the windowsill in the mirror arranged just as it is with the round vase and its reflection might be the only elements you need here.
