When you are using a tripod on streets or plaza in Vegas, be aware of police and/or security guards. In no time, they will bear down on you and kick you out.

With the horizon running across the center of the photo, the chain, I thought, would somewhat mitigate the problem. I might be wrong. Thanks anyway.
