Thank you Turbo, that is the first comment on this photo that I agree with. I really don't think the light takes away from the photo, it just illuminates what is there.

I was able to tone the candle down a little bit but not much. It is still a little bright, but that's all I can do with it without ruining the photo all together.

I am beginning to think Still Life is a better avenue for me. I seem to do better here than in the nature type shots. I call this "Colors of Love". Any feedback would be appreciated.

I got a good deal on a Sigma 50-200mm OS lens. I will be able to better closeups than with the 18-55mm. I will post ne photos as I can. Thanks for all the feedback.
