I find this one striking! A beautiful shot! Just had to say so...
Bruce, please remember to let us know when this happens and give us the links. My husband spent two tours in Vietnam. Agent Orange caused his early death. I am anxious to hear this man's story. My granddaughter is now serving on the Ronald Regan. Thank you for posting.
I especially like #6. You said he was landing but I would caption it as a take-off and say "coming through!"
Some interesting shots. Thanks for posting.
Thanks for the post. I had never seen images of this bird. Didn't know it existed. Very beautifully colored.
I like the hint of color. It seems to add more depth. The serenity of the shot made be want have a seat.
#2 is my favorite. It awakens many happy memories of driving those roads in 1996. Thanks. Were they made with film?
All are well done. #2 caused me to gasp when I saw it. I thought I felt the spray of the falls. The low cloud adds a lot to the feel of it. Thanks!
I like them all, but especially #1. From trips to Maine and Canada years ago, the loon remains one of my favorite birds. Their call is piercing and beautiful. Thank you for posting these.
Very interesting formations. I am glad there is effort to protect it. Thank you for showing this to us.
That hummer picture really tells a story. Your hard work was certainly rewarded. Congratulations!
#1 is my favorite. I have made many fox pictures as they pass through our yard but none as great as this one. If it were mine, I would frame it for sure. You were very fortunate and your talent is evident.
Nature's sanitation engineers! What they lack in beauty, they achieve in gracefulness in the air--not so much on the ground. I have never smelled anything quite like a vulture's nest we found in an abandoned cabin. Great shots!
Thank you for the link. I have received a few of these through exchanges with other collectors but some were new to me. They look much different in true color than in the old reference books that I used years ago.
Thank you for posting these shots. I loved the reefs of Guam in the mid '60's but had no idea there was such beauty in the cold waters off British Columbia. Underwater photography is not easy but your work is great. If you have an opportunity to shot gastropods, I would really like to see them. Thanks for a bright spot in my day!
I really like these shots. How about calling the second one "Beside Still Water"? It reminds me of Psalm 23- "He leads me beside still water, He restores my soul." I, too, have thought seriously about printing on metal. Canvas is as far as I have gotten.
