When the app has a built-in problem reporting facility, we expect you to use it. The Mark II Artist's Viewfinder, ALPA eFinder II, Kuuvik Capture and Mac and iOS versions of ShutterCount has it.
•On a Mac click Report a Problem in the Help menu. Complete and send the email.
•On an iPhone, iPad or iPod touch tap the menu icon on the toolbar (three horizontal stripes) and tap Report a Problem. Complete and send the email.
With other apps and on Windows please provide the following information:
•Name of the app you experience a problem with.
•Your order ID (in case the app was not purchased in the App Store and Mac App Store).
•Model of the iOS device / Mac / PC you are using.
•Version number of the operating system you use.
•Version number of the app you experience a problem with.
•Model of the connected device (eg. camera) - if applicable.
•Firmware version number of the connected device (eg. camera) - if applicable.
