I an using PSE 2019 and it satisfies me for all my organizing an editing. I also recommend "Adobe Photoshop Elements 2019 (or 2020) Classroom in a Book" available from Amazon. If you follow the lessons in the book, you will be well on your way to being proficient in most of PSE's features.

FYI, a cell phone will attach GPS location to the photo. Most DSLRs will not.
