Thank you for writing back....I see so many older lenses cheap on ebay, and I was looking for a bargain. So far, I've acquired a NEW 50mm canon macro, 100mm Tokina Pro, and a 14-28mm Tokina...Pro. average price..$170.00 each. I do also have the 18-55, and a 70-300 kit lens.
Greetings all...my question to anyone with thoughts on using/buying vintage lenses for a T2i rebel. There seems to be so many interesting lenses for sale. What are the pit falls of buying them? Will they fit? I don't mind manual focus.. Many for sale boast of flawless glass,,, any guidance in this matter be gladly digested. respectfully trainspotter
Thanks! A great day to all.
Every day...every train, the rolling stock is a canvas .. This train was on a siding waiting for an Amtrack passenger to pass. I just rolled down the window, snapped as I idled along the edge of the road. For me...I get what I get.
There she is....still IN service...
I still have one of those INSTALLED in my kitchen...yes it works with static..
Thank you so much...I felt bad posting the photos without having knowledge of the plants...
Another Maui treasure. It's been awhile since I last visited Maui...(forgot the facts about these).....I wish I had more of these...
I saw this car every day on my way to work....finally I had to stop and take a few snaps.. The sticker "MSPR" was less then $120,000....WOW! what is it now?
Nice Kitty pictures....I have a cat that even the Cat whisperer won't help...This is a picture of Miss Mews.
apples and oranges and oranges and apples.....to infinity and beyond...
Thanks folks.. I had quit smoking cigs and took the money I saved...to take to vacation. (one pack a day...$5.00 X 365) paid for airfare, 15 days in a cheap condo. I did the "green tour" ( rode the bus or walked,) BEST money I ever saved and spent.
I found my Maui vacation disc..pics I took with a 4mp Nikon point and shoot. I used an underwater housing for the photo of the lobster. The sunset was taken at Lahaina. The red flowers were taken on "The road to Hanna". (630 curves. countless bridges). The yellow flower was in someone's yard. ;>)
Greetings......I'm a newbie myself....I bought a Tokina 100mm macro....Great reviews....got one on e-bay for $210.00 most are a little more...275 to 350 range, but the lens has done a nice job so far. Welcome to the "Hog" respectfully trainspotter
