i have decided to go w/adobe subscription for the $10 per month. it includes, i've learned, free web hosting...called adobe portfolio. a handful of templates and no shopping cart...but.it will work for me.

i did the auto iso after listening to a podcast. ugh. many aspens outdoor fall shots have a lot of noise when the darn thing went to 1600, which was the limit the podcast recommended. I've learned my lesson.
you are much less likely to get injured pressing shutter button on your camera! just sayin.....
i've found various youtube videos helpful too. just do a search and you'll find something useful.
the top one has better color on the left and some blue sky for good contrast. bottom seems like the highlights are washed out a tad.
