I have some "extra" equipment that I would like to sell to help pay for the new Tamron 150-600. Any suggestions as to how to best determine the current selling price for specific items? I am thinking of trying UHH and Craigslist first.
The lens weighs 4 pounds and when fully extended is 11 inches long. The answer to this question will vary for each person. I have used it with my monopod with tripod head with good results.

Both Nikon and 3rd party batteries will not work. You will need to purchase version A of any battery. So the free firmware upgrade will actually cost about $100 or so.
