I have the evolt 520.....you can turn on the LCD there is a button to the right of the screen....it is always on (it may blink out as the picture is captured) or turn it off and look thru the view finder......I have found the camera functions faster with the LCD off.

Ok so, I tried all of your suggestions (excepy for the shinny buckle on the suspenders, I will work that later) The BW and tighter crop...I added vignetting which helped cover the whole hand thing..I'm diggin the B&W stuff now
