Hear hear, at last some honesty. A union president. Employers need to be dragged etc. Nothing without a fight.
You should learn what a company means. How it is formed and who takes the risks and makes the investments. Ubion thugs demand more and more when the company is doing ok. Then drag the company down and finally they go overseas.
Guess what? They are smarter than the union mafia and invest their money in a safer place.
I am not against unions in private industry. They can close shop and go elsewhere. Many of them do and it is fine with me.
The ones I would like to totally outlaw are the government employee unions. They have no right t put mafia tactics on the tax payer and bankrupt towns. Fire them and hire people that want to work. Tenure is extortion.

Forty years ago there was a movement around the world called "ZPG" - Zero Population Growth - advocating no more than two children per family (voluntary restrictions). This whole issue has been put on the back burner - for what reason I cannot imagine. One of the greatest tragedies of our time - in my opinion - is the continued push by the Catholic Church against the use of birth control. God may have said "Go forth and multiply", but he didn't say: "Go forth and overpopulate until you destroy the Earth".
