Here in North Alabama the temp. is about 50 degrees, the wind is blowing about 20 mph and it's raining like on Noah's first day after the ark door was shut. We have some friends coming over this week and they always ask for me to share a "few" pictures. Your help in making the pictures better and with better captions will be greatly appreciated.
You go your way, I'll go mine.
I'm sneaking up on you.
Is the shower fixed yet, I don't like the tub.
I'm shy.
In Billybuzz's original picture I see a person reclining with the head facing left - eye, nose, ear and hair. LOL Hope these older eyes aren't playing games.
From an ole country boy. I like your picture, but I don't think there is more than 1 or 2 "steers" in that picture-most are cows.
Like them all; however, the flower really caught my atention. The dark stamen, to me, looks like a goose looking directly at you,LOL.
Saudi Arabia has strong influences from the USA, England, France, and their own Arabic language; thus, their signs tend to reflect all three. This is French influence.
Great picture1 The rock could be a "face" looking to the right.
A couple are mine and a couple were forwarded to me several years ago.
Thanks for your question. I use the "WAV" format.
Recently learned of deterioration possibility of CD; therefore, will convert slides for $.25 per slide into JPEG format and place on a $5.00 thumb drive of at least 4GB.
I agree 100%; however, some folks have to, someway, get their slides into some format acceptable to thumb drives, hard drives, etc. I can do that either on to CD's temporarily or direct to a thumb drive.

Not a problem. I learned something I didn't know about image deterioration; however, slides on CD's can be transferred to some better storage than the original slides. I have taken the CD's, captured on my iMac the images I really wanted or those that needed a bit of work and they now reside on a backup hard drive. If a CD changes or loses the images,I've lost nothing.
Thanks again for the information and your comments.
Thanks for your inquiry. I only do slides. Working in Saudia Arabia, taking mission trips and other travels generated several hundred slides - all now on CD's and the original slides long discarded. Another interest is converting LP records and cassettes to CD's.
I can convert your slides to a CD and return the original slides to you. My scanner will convert 4 slides at a time and my charge is $.25/slide, plus $2.00 for each CD used, plus shipping.

The second one -cropped - is my choice also. Here is an Amish horse cropped from the midst of people's back and another partial horse.
I also like horses and took this in Amish country around Lancaster, Pa.
