Do a Google search for Windows Essentials. I have it on Windows 10. They stopped supporting it on Jan 10, 2017, but it is still available if you search.

My daughter bought a photo package from a photographer for our 50th anniversary. She took 251 pictures of our family of 4 in numerous settings and groupings.
All we got was the digital photos that she posted for us to download. There was also an opportunity to buy prints from her, which we didn't do. We selected the ones we wanted and had them printed. We paid hundreds of dollars in 1988 for her wedding pictures, using the pay for the packages selected without the negatives. She was divorced 7 years later. I would never pay anything with out the negatives or images again. I thought the photographers approach was unique, but I come to find that she is not the only one doing this. By the way, we all liked the photos, some more than others and those we had printed.

Canon T90 was the best film camera that I ever had. I never owned a Nikon, I started with Canon and stayed there because of lens accumulation.
I am now using a Canon 5D Mark IV.
