That is so great that the 4 of you could get together and have a wonderful outing.
Dodie
It was really nice, Dodie. Mary, Gerald and I live in 3 neighboring cities probably no more than 10-15 miles from one another but John came all the way from Auburn about 4 hours away. âşď¸
Oh! Wow! Very fun... Looks like a great time! .....Did anyone snap a few food images for the "The Eye and Lens of a Foodie or Calling all Foodies" food image section here at UHH?? Would be AWESOME, I'm sure!!
Awww, man! Iâm sorry, Michael, I didnât even think about it. Kinda surprising because I snap our dinner most evenings for the Facebook group, âShoals, Whatâs for Supper.â Hopefully we can do it again and I promise Iâll shoot lunch.
Yesterday was a good day! We four Hoggers enjoyed a full dayâs outing in Northwest Alabama including a stop for lunch at Lashâs Seafood Market in Rogersville. Clockwise from top right: d3200prime (Gerald), Marycar53 (Mary), JohnH3 (John) and me.
Halloweâen was alive and well here in northwest Alabama. We used to get about 300 kids and I made up bags for them. After last yearâs poor turnout I decided to give out what I wouldnât mind having on hand should there be leftovers. I bought 200 Capri suns and 200 bags of chips, Cheetos, etc. Each kid was encouraged to take a drink and a bag, while using witch brooms to stay socially distant. I ran out of treats by 7:30. Should have prepared for the old 300 guests.
Omigosh, Eugene! What a fabulous series! Iâm always in awe of someone actually catching a kingfisher but to catch him dining is really terrific! (Perfect title, too!)
