Well, it was time to get some fresh air so I headed away for a wander around RSPB headquarters at Sandy, Bedfordshire.
Was a bit chilly, sky a lovely mix of grey and more grey - but not unexpected at this time of year.
Nothing exotic here, just standard UK fare - but hope you enjoy

Just a few words to say Hi and Happy New Year !
Based in Luton, UK, I've been snapping away on and off for a few years, but finally took the plunge a few months back to do a bit more - loads still to learn though, and it seems like this forum is the place to be. Currently using an Olympus OM-D E-M1 mk2 plus all the glass my bank manager will let me have (!) and totally enjoying it. Main interests? Wildlife generally, birds in particular, but anything else that catches my eye.
Looking forward to reading what I'm sure will be masses of useful information - and who knows, I may even be able to contribute something meaningful once in a while!
