Last week in Yellowstone. last day. early morn.
fell in love with this guy. what a ham. he actually went into our car to look for snacks.
the pipe is 4" in diameter and 12 ft. long. there 2 nests inside each end, about 18".
the "black hole" shot is from one end, focused on the nest on the far end.
Yes, this is drastic overkill of a common subject, but you have to admit- he is pretty cute. so is his "girlfriend".
fishermen was a grab on the way home.
