You have some nice shots there. If I may suggest, so your camera won't focus on scratches or smudges, use manual focus as AF tends to search for focus shooting through glass.
Thanks Carlysue for your great comment.
I like that phrase, "Dirty Details." OK, here's the info:
Canon EOS 50D with Sigma 18-200 DC OS. ISO:400. 1/200 @ F11. 2ND picture shot with same camera, but with Tamron 90mm Macro. ISO:100. 1/125 @ F8.
Thank you. Wasn't too sure about clicking "store original." I'll take your advice on my next set of pictures.
Fantastic photos, Regis. I can't believe how sharp that lens is. If only my wife would let me buy one!
I just subscribed to Close Up Photography. Any comments of the attached photos would be appreciated

Thanks for the information on the True Macro and Close up photography. Just subscribed.
Appreciate the positive reply. I forgot to mention that the camera used was a Canon EOS 50D.
Thank you, Trudy. No, I am not a subscriber to the True Macro group. Might be interesting to join, but I haven't seen that on this site
The backyard is a great place to find those creatures in their natural habitat. These were shot with y Tamron 90mm macro.
I like the perspective of the picture and the fog adds to the eerie affect.
Both are very good, but the B&W has a dramatic affect and the clouds stand out more
I appreciate your reply. I see what you mean about the horizon on the last picture
I'm sure he will. Have you tried to convert this picture into a black and white? It'll look more dramatic
