I don't check it often, and it depends a lot on how I drive it, I believe it is rated around 21 mpg, but I doubt if I get that very often. I bought this car (2008) ten years ago with 19,000 miles and I have 27,000 on it now, most of it I put on the first two years I had it. When I bought it I knew I wasn't going to drive it often so I guess I never worried about the gas mileage much, just a fun car to drive with 500 horses.
I just bought a Yelango A17 Gimbal Head. I love it. It is the same style as the Wimberly, and is very well built and works great. I read a lot of reviews before I purchased it because the price seemed to good to be true. The only complaints I could find was that the grease was too stiff, some people said there is a video that shows you how to disassemble it and they replaced the grease with white lithium grease and it worked fine. So I took a chance and ordered it. I absolutely love it. Personally I like the slight drag that the grease provided, I think it makes panning very smooth. It comes with the small screw that fits most cameras, but has a larger bushing for those with the larger hole on their equipment. Very well made, I can't believe that the Wimberly is made so much better as to make the extra money worth it, but then I never had the opportunity to try the Wimberly, so that is just an opinion. I bought it from Adarama for $57.60 plus tax. Not much of a risk if you don't like it.
