Thank you for taking the time to write this. So many don't understand that Muslims first allegiance is to the religion Islam (anti-Christian) and not any state (specifically U.S.A., Europe, etc.). They are coming for us.
Everyone take a deep breath and relax. Too many out of control. None of us were on the scene. We only know what we read. Calm yourselves.
I was replying as an x-police officer. A 14yo is not a child. Cuffs are used to avoid potential problems.
Too much is made of hand cuffs. It is merely a way of avoiding an unforeseen problem (the kid decides to run, hurt himself, etc. etc.). He will get over it.
Remember the boy saying he had only a clock?
Let's also pretend that we can ask a bomber "Do you have a bomb?" and he will truthfully say, "It is only a clock". We will then say, "Thank you for your honesty. Go about your business."
Reports are that ISIS has been training children to be suicide bombers. Obama is importing 100,000 Syrians. Now that this 14 year old Mohammad has paved the way in Irvin, and our guard is down against smart Muslim kids carrying electronic gadgets in our schools, what can we expect? Who would have predicted 9-11? Remember, Muslims owe allegiance to Islam first before the state (USA).
If nothing goes wrong, police are called paranoid. If disaster happens, police are called incompetent. Can't win for losing.

A civilian would have been charged and jailed (I hope).
I wonder what happens when the cameras are taken away.
I read somewhere that there is Federal law against shooting down aircraft, INCLUDING DRONES. Better check about this before buying ammo.
