It is sometimes difficult to judge whether comments are made in the way they were intended. The thing is,there is a general chit-chat section. I have seen comments made about other members who disregard these rules, and get briefed for doing so.
Also, if certain members belittle other member for posting questions which in their opinion seem inappropriate, then they themselves should set an example to other members.
Being an airline employee myself for over 40 years, I am well aware of this. A responsible and capable pilot is just one tooth in the cog when it comes to airline safety. As I said ,this is NOT a forum on the aircraft industry!
