This is all unless the less than ideal glass from the window helps the concept of you photograph. Then it is highly desired and acceptable.

It would probably be cheaper to send your prints to a lab that would print them on silver gelatin paper.
You can try looking at the website: http://trueblackandwhiteprints.com

Rollei film is made by Maco if I remember correctly.

When it comes to the Adox, Agfa, Maco, Efke, Rollei thing, it is all very confusing as to who actually makes what,

I would suggest ordering from BH for the Ilford film. They have free shipping o many Ilford products. If it doesn't qualify then I suggest Freestyle Photographic.

Actually Rollei film is made by Agfa.

Not exactly

What printer? A darkroom duh!

If you really want to stay with inkjet. Look into a pigment printer like the Canon 9500 MkII. It is designed to b&w really well.

Try using the back button focus. It helps a lot with moving objects.

Ready for the exhibit

This is one of my first fiber based prints. It is my first darkroom print to be truly exhibited in public

Nikon refuses to support their older equipment. I have one of their film scanners and will not update the drivers to work beyond Windows XP. I've had the same problem with my Macbook. It is really annoying but I did manage to find a work around.

I still use selenium toner on my prints. It cools the color a bit and makes them more archival. The longevity of inkjet prints in rather unknown at this point. Analog color prints have gotten better but still no where near silver gelatin prints. I wonder what the longevity of Cibachrome prints is?

They will likely be unreadable due to format and technology changes or will be lost due to mismanagement because of the large number of files.

Come on Cyanotype is very beautiful. It is also a very versatile process. I interned at my university's gallery last semester and we had a large cyanotype from this artist.

You can still do it. You contact print a negative or object to the paper using sunlight. No darkroom is required.

Cyanotype kits can be found here: http://www.freestylephoto.biz/sc_search.php?rfnp=10&q=cyanotype&rfnc=104&
