Turned out pretty good I think. Do you know what kind of bird that is in the last two photos? I have a picture of that same kind. I loved his/her hairstyle.
Nice firework shots, did you PP to remove the smoke from the fireworks?? It reminds me of the Wildwoods every friday night fireworks during the summer.
No, just trashed the crappy ones. Took about 20 shots, kept four. The damn thing started just as we were getting in, so by the time I got parked, got the wife and G/daughter out of the car, got the tripod out of the trunk and the camera attached (lesson learned...) there were about two minutes left of actual fireworks. Spent more time leaning over and trying to untangle the damn seatbelts around a 6-year old than watching the show.

I searched for Eagles all day......I went west on cuiver river for miles and saw nothing....Then I went over to lock and dam 24.......and didn't see one damn eagle.....I then drove the levy ...STILL no fricking eagles..........I got to the end of the levy and heard bango music....... I kinda like the underexposure of the foreground, nothing to distract or delay the eyes from going right to the subject. Doesn't appear that there is anything in the foreground of interest to improve the shot. Perhaps if some of it was cropped out.
I supose Greenpeace thinks all the food in the market is grown on trees. You know, there should be age limit in this Hedgehog thing so the very young could go somewhere else to live in their fantasy world.
