Thanks, everyone for all the replies, I tried the different settings. Now I better understand how this effects the way my camera functions.

Hi, I just noticed something with my 70D, when in auto focus it acts different depending on which mode I'm using. When I'm in auto, auto no flash or one of the C settings it beeps and I get the green dot on the lower right side in the viewfinder. Now when I'm in M, TV, or AV you can see the lens focusing but you get no beep of signal for lock. I've tried 3 Different lens 24-105, 70-200, & 35-105. is this normal? or did I change something I should not have?
Thanks in advance
Tom

You might need to try to proof the photo first. A really good inexpensive book to help you do this is Robin Whalley's Kindle book "Perfect Prints Every Time". Easy to read and not to long but will help you nail down some good printing techniques.
WayneT, I just bought the book and will try to get some time this weekend to start reading it.
Jeep Daddy, I'm using photo shop elements 14 and also have Paint shop pro x8. Will this plug in work with either of them??
OK, Thanks I'll check that when I get home and report back.
I'm very new to printing photos, the ink I'm using is canon ink, the paper is canon glossy paper. As far as the ICC profile I'm not sure what this is.
I bought a canon pro 100 printer and have a question about it. It seems no matter what I do it seems to print with a little more yellow tint than the pic on the monitor. I purchased the spyder 4 and calibrated my monitor, I set it to let print shop control the color. Then I set it to let the printer control the color and to my eye they looked the same. Any suggestions on what to try next? Thanks, Tom
Sorry, I should have stated that I'm running a Win 10 computer with the I7 processor and 32 gig of ram. Thanks for all the input so far.
I just got the above software as a gift, and was wondering if anybody here has used it? It seems to get good reviews so I thought before I opened it I would ask here if anyone has any experience with it.
Thanks
Tom
I'm looking for a backpack to cary my camera gear. I'm tired of taking 2 or more camera bags to fit my gear. I have a Canon 70D, EF 70-200 2.8, 24-105 4.0, nifty fifty, 100mm 2.8 macro, 2 430 EX flashes ect. I'm forever adding gear as wallet permits. Can anyone give me a recomendation on a good backpack? I also take my tripod with me Manfrotto 055 with ball head. Thanks in advance !!
Do the referb. lens come with everything the new ones include? eg. lens hood.
I also paid $599 it was a two day sale at that price.
Thanks everyone, I just ordered the lens.
