Nice images! For a quaint little town in Florida, it has a good supply of restaurants, including pretty decent Thai, Mexican, and Indian restaurants. There is even a small place that sells Maine lobster rolls!

A fascinating collection of plants. The top photos are of what is often called a "spider plant". The "mother plant" is in a pot with soil. The little ones can be cut off and propagated in a pot with soil. The nepenthes pitcher plant is a native of Borneo and similar locales. They, like many bromeliads (as in the last photo) and many orchids are epiphytic - they grow upon the bark of trees. Epiphytes are often called "air plants" because they do not grow in soil - although they do get nutrients from the slow decay of the outer bark of the host tree, they also get some minerals from rainfall. In the tropical parts of the Americas, the summer rains that originate in West Africa carry significant amounts of dust that probably helps these plants as well. The nepenthes also is insectivorous, and so gets nitrogen from digested insects that are trapped within its pitchers. Some bromeliads that can hold water while they cling to branches high up in the canopy also get nitrogen from the waste of tree frogs that live their entire lives in and around the bromeliad. (these frogs lay their eggs in the water in the bromeliads, and these frogs never set foot on the ground in their entire lives).

These are nice enough without the use of reflectors adding to the natural light. She was little tight with her poses, and perhaps could have loosened up a bit. But I do not think she comes accross as mean.

I think some reflectors would have softened up the photo a little. If one does not have reflectors, some aluminum foil taped to the opposite wall can help (first crumble it up and then uncrumple it so that the reflected light is not mirror-like). Always worth a try, then you can decide which photos you prefer after you try both options.

So much for waiting until midnight.

And she had the basic Surrey pulled by ONE mouse package!

No doubt about it - she should have gone for the upgrade.

If I don't recognize your number, and you can't leave a message, then I don't need to speak to you. My doctors will leave a message, and any contractor who wants my business should also. If not, then (s)he is off the list.

Agree 100%. If they don't want to leave a voicemail, then obviously THEY didn't think that had anything important to discuss with me!

As they say: "There ain't no such thing as a free lunch". The "free" cell phone comes with a long-term contract with the cellular plan carrier. If you want out early you will pay for it. The phone will be locked so that it can only be used on that specific carrier until they unlock it.

There is so much money behind it, it will be hard to force them to change their mind. Like trying to change the course of a supertanker....
