MWAC is correct in his critique. Moving just slightly to put that large golden ray behind the statue's head would have given it a bit more of a religious tone.
As the old sayings go: "Don't ask, if you don't want to hear the answer" and "If you don't want to get burned, stay out of the kitchen" and "Great photographers have the skin of a rhino, and the passion of a great lover".
Feed the cats first, generally they will then clean themselves and go to sleep. Scratch under their chins, rub their bellies. Use a very fast shutter speed and a large depth of field to catch them as they run.
Watch what's in the background that would detract from the subject. Also, I'd crop the last one to focus on the dog on the couch.
"Another One" seems to be a bit out of focus. The others are very nice...and the last one is outstanding!
#2. The view definitely shows "looking up" and doesn't have the distracting trees in the background to draw the eye away from the subject.

I lived in Port Saint Lucie for several years.
He's been there for years...and every time I tried to get a photo of him, he did the same thing! I've got a couple dozen photos of his backside, but none of him taking off towards me. I think he hates cameras! :D
I'd take #3 and fill the white spot with grass copied from just below that spot.
