This is Englands largest glacial remains. Other walkers say the best time to go is after heavy rainfall when the water is cascading over the rim (Jurassic park). Me and my walking buddy have walked along the bottom and climbed out the other end....not for the weak bowelled!!!

An Umbrella!

Hi. Can anyone advise me about the Samsung "nx1000" smart compact, its being discounted in Britain along with a free 7" galaxy tab. I am by nature highly sceptical with offers like these, but I might be tempted if any of you good people could give it some positive reviews.

Hi Rick, I have just joined up, and judging by your location and photo you have the wide open spaces in which to take some great shots. having looked at your "Kneeling Nun" I can see some rugged hills but no Kneeling Nun...am I missing something?.

I took these shots at the Shildon rail museum, the old engine in display case is called the "Sans Pariel" the other two photos show the "Dwight D Eisenhower" and the "Dominion of Canada" on display in the main building..I understand they being resprayed and cleaned back to their old "running colours".
