B&H is my one and only Camera store. I buy everything from them online. Free shipping and 2% rewards on some models. I do watch the YouTube Photography lessons from Adorama and guaranteed you will learn a lot from them.. Forget about 42nd. They are hustlers.

Tamron sp 70-200 f2.8 is worth its price but Canon L counterpart remains the benchmark. Its pricey but it is Canon.

Thanks

42nd Street is a bunch of crooks. Never, ever do business with them. B&H is a model etailer. I am sure Adorama is just as good. B&H is force of habit.

Consider the Sigma lens. I have it and love it. Very sharp.

Thanks

Of course, better sensors means better quality images. BUT, it's the nut holding the camera that makes the pictures - good or bad.

Yes you do!!! The larger sensors will improve the composition and art of your photos. Of course , you need to buy the very latest improvement to become a great photographer. A 5 - 10 thousand dollar budget for every year will ALMOST guarantee your becoming a pro. If you want an absolute guarantee, consider a Hasselblad for $20,000 up. Oh yes, extra backs and lenses are also required.
Seriously, I wonder if they soon will be selling "How many fairies can dance on a pin head." There is nothing wrong with technology improvements. They just aren't the all in all answer for everything. As a former Associate Superintendent of Curriculum and Instruction I think you will find it interesting to know that flash cards are better at learning math facts than any computer program.

Run from 42nd street. They are scam artists. I have this lens and love it. Buy it from a reputable company like B&H.

Thank you that confirms my gut feeling
