Yes, it's a composite of 3 images for exposure, and the moon size was manipulated as well.

Nicely done. Beautiful photo.

Wednesday's Super Blue Moon

Is that by chance a composite? It looks like the clouds are behind the moon.

Hi Kerry12. Go to search on the top of this page and type in ( Msg from "Old Hippy") just like it is in the parenthesis and it should take you to the time I got a .hold of him. Haven't heard from him since. Let me know if that doesn't work.

Thank you. Did what you said and it answered my question. Thanks again.

Beautiful. Looks a lot like something Old Hippy would post.

Speaking of Old Hippy, anyone know anything about him. Miss his posts.

We have several, too. Last year, not a single nut on any of them, this year, thousands! Don't know what the variable was... Beautiful trees, we have the wood from our biggest one that went down 5 years ago. Had it milled, but don't know what to do with all those lovely boards in the cellar and garage.

They are worth a small fortune. To rich for my blood but would love to have a stash like that. Do some investigating on value and advertise them. Some woodworker will definitely be interested. Good luck.

Do any of you in PA know about Knoebel Amusement Park? I saw a bit about it on YouTube last night. It's family-owned park about a hundred years old. Parking and admission are free, as are many attractions inside. You pay $2.00 - $5.00 for individual rides.

Yes. Been there several times. A very nice place. Great for a day with the family.

In all 3 in post, I would make the heads of the horses a tad brighter, and in 2 and 3, the bodies also brighter.

Thank you. I'll give it a try.

These were taken at a ranch close to the house. It was always kept in pristine condition. Unfortunately it was sold and became a goat farm. It's unbelievable how run down a place can become in 5 or 6 years. The buildings are now in disrepair. The fences are falling apart and the fields are completely overgrown. Absolutely no attempt at keeping it nice. What a shame.

The only thing that goes bad on old speakers is the surround mount on the outside perimeter of the cone.
I bought a pair of Infinity Quantum III's in 1978 and still listen to them daily.
I have had the surround replaced 3 or 4 times over the years.
They weigh 110lbs ea & have a large footprint.
I made some custom brackets and mounted them horizontally up high in the corners of the den.

Just a couple of idea that may help.
Good luck.

Infinity also very good. I have the Polk Audio Lsi series and love them. Have had them for about 15 years or more.

I'm thinking of buying a b-stock Klipsch RP504Cii from an AV store in KY. It has a factory warranty of 90 days vs the brand new unit at 5 years, but it's $420 vs $700. What's been your experience with factory seconds? I forgot to mention...the brand new speakers are currently on sale (for I don't know how long) for $595. That's still $175 less to get the b-stock, but with a much shorter warranty.

Can't go wrong with Kipsch. Never owned them but those I know who do don't want to part with them.
