They were incredibly easy to shoot (have quite a few good shots from these). Wish I had a video of them dancing and moving their heads back and forth, quite funny!

The female cardinal is perfection - love the composition, color & background! All are beautiful but I keep getting drawn back to that one ;)

Thanks - I was looking at that one and second guessing myself...."is that how it is supposed to look?" I don't know if it can be improved post processing or not but haven't had much experience with that.

Yes! The day was slightly overcast with only the occasional bright sun spots in between - perfect. But I was still pleasantly surprised with the lens (and my new camera;)

Very nice - I thought about getting the "body only" on my Nikon and getting this lens separately but the price of the kit made the 18-55 & 55-200 at only $100 each so I felt I couldn't lose. I will hone my skills and save up for the longer zoom. By the way, I am from Anna Maria Island, FL and your pics make me homesick lol.
