No, it doesn't. I tell Lightroom how to organize my images. Whose fault is it if you go and rearrange all the files and folders without telling Lightroom? If you want to be able to change the filenames and folders on a whim, then maybe you should use ACR and Bridge.
Do you store the images on the C: drive (perhaps in your My Pictures folder) or are they on an external drive? If they're on an external drive, what drive letter does Lightroom show them under (D:, E:, etc.). When you go the the images in Windows Explorer, what drive letter are the images on? Assuming you store them on an external drive, if Lightroom says they're on E:\My Photos\2016\ but when you browse to them in Windows Explorer, you find them under D:\My Photos\2016\, that would explain why you got the error.
Check the path to the image. If the drive letter is different than what Lightroom is expecting, it'll report that it can't find the photos. If Lightroom is showing the correct path, including drive letter, upload screenshots of the folder pane in Lightroom and Windows Explorer showing the image.
What you're referring to is a watermark. In the US, you own the copyright when you take the image (unless you have a contract saying otherwise). If you register the images with the copyright office, it allows you to collect higher compensation if you have to go to court.
A watermark can be cropped out or removed using the clone stamp tool in Photoshop.
I wasn't asking for a math lesson. I was asking where you came up with 17x5, as someone may misinterpret your post as meaning the largest the OP can print is 17x5 even though later in your post you mention 34x10.

As to some technical stuff your final print will be approximately a 16.9x5.03 (or rounded off, 17x5) format so you may ask your printer of choice if they can do a 17x5 format.
Where are you getting 17x5? Assuming 300ppi, 10121/300 = 33.74" and 3016/300 = 10.05".

That URL didn't work for me. I get "Page not found".
My guess is the OP didn't have enough patience to wait for assistance and deleted the account.

Between the complexity of trying to get this account public and the whole idea that Yahoo is canceling updates to flickr, I am gonna say enough is enough and look for another way to get my name put there.
All you had to do was go into the Organizer and change the permission on the images there. Where have you heard that Yahoo is cancelling updates to Flickr? It's their most profitable service.
The URL works. When I visit it logged out of Flickr, it says that you haven't made any photos public.
In the same area you just checked your privacy setting, in the Personal Information tab there is a field that says "Your Flickr Addresses". It's about half way down.
Did you check your privacy settings?
You do not have to pay. I use the free version of Flickr.
Check your privacy settings, specifically the one named "Who can download your images (including originals)?". This setting lets you choose who can view and download your original image files.

When I open Flickr, all I get is the generic flickr address (https://www.flickr.com/cameraroll) with no identifying parameters.
Click on Photostream. You'll see a URL like flickr.com/photos/yourusername.

See that is the problem: I don't know what my Flickr address is.
