If you truly want an answer for that, you need to define what you believe is "late-term".
The previous guidelines in most states were "point of viability" which means, at the point where the baby can survive outside the womb. This is almost universally accepted by science as 21 weeks.
There would still need to be an exception for saving the life of the mother.
Please understand that there is no such thing as post-birth a******ns. Regardless of what the Orange Menace has told you, there is nowhere in the United States or in the civilized world where a baby that is born can be murdered.
Perhaps you need some time to read up on these things so that you can respond in an intelligent and civilized manner.
