Answer: You must have missed my post to another item that was partially answered there:
Here's why the real estate over appraisal is a real problem:
https://slate.com/business/2022/09/trump-lawsuit-real-estate-appraisal-taxes-seven-springs.html
So he over-appraised to get better rates from the banks, and gave lower appraisal for the tax authorities. Less real estate value = lower taxes. There's also a problem from a capacity standpoint - if he's sucking up loan capacity it means that someone else might not get a loan or a loan at a higher rate. Likewise there are capacity problems from a property insurance point as well, and a real problem if there is a loss - in insurance with large property values there is what is called an "agreed amount." If the insurance companies have a loss and they agree to Trump's he is recovering a fraudulent amount, the insurer loses money and shareholders suffer.
Then you have the charges for having classified documents.
Answer: There is a significant difference between Trump's documents vs Biden and Pence. The National Archives tried repeatedly to get Trump to return the documents. There was over 100 classified documents, 18 of which were top secret. Through his lawyer he advised they were all sent back, they weren't. He asked people to hide the documents. He reviewed some with uncleared citizens, per his secretary, putting national security and our military at risk - all to feed his ego to show how important he was and is. He admitted that he knew it was wrong, but he did it anyway. Biden's were 20 - to 30 no top secret and co-operated immediately. Biden as President can't be prosecuted while President, the file is still open.
Then we have Georgia.
Answer. The b****ts had been counted 3 times. Trump was asking the officials to find 11,000 + v**es; to do such is criminal. He pushed getting f**e e*****rs. That's a crime.
I'm not saying Trump is innocent of everything. I'm just saying that it is very obvious that he is not being treated the same as Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton, H****r B***n, Joe Biden, and James Biden.
Answer: Personally I think Hillary should have been punished for using a private server; so should Ivanka and Jared who did the same thing. I think H****r should serve time, his investigation, charges are active. On the Joe and Jim Biden it is still being investigated; what's stupid is that Jordan and the House are pushing for an impeachment/trial without confirming evidence - stupid. Trump's his own worse enemy - his lawyers have told him to keep his mouth shut. Instead he has admitted on several these issues that he did it. His answer, per his lawyers on many of these issues should have been "I don't recall." Joe Biden, amazingly, has kept quiet. The ship, whether right or wrong, has sailed on the Clintons.
What Trump did is play the edges of the law consistently; in these cases he went over the edge into criminality. Trump didn't help himself when he pushed the "fixed e******n" when all facts and investigation are to the contrary.
Look I don't like either. Both Biden and Trump are too old, too much baggage. I live in fear of Biden dying and the VP taking over. I don't think the Dems have anybody waiting in the wings. I do think that some of the other Republican candidates are of interest.
My 2 cents on the above. I'm off to see my granddaughter's soccer game - have a nice day.

Many moons ago in my first or second year of Civil Law I learned that the courts found it legal to keep 2 sets of financial records one for the Govt and another for other purposes. Now let go and check my memory.
