Thank you very much, Dennis, for your generous and helpful comments. Much appreciated. This home is located along a stretch of ghost towns in south Saskatchewan, but the nearest active town from the location of the home would be approximately 30 minutes away by car. The closest major small city would be about 1.75 hrs travel by car.
