So why does Biden not just say what he means? EVERY speech he gives something has to be "walked back", clarified and redefined. After a certain number of these gaffes, they stop being gaffes and show a complete lack of mental facilities. Even you had to tell me what he really meant. Words have meaning. As such they have consequences. Use the right words.
