Always interested in constructive criticism just wasn't sure what you meant by muddy, lol! There is no way to prepare for this kingfisher appearance (he showed up out of the blue), you just hope they keep happening. I was set for a slight underexposure (F/7.1 1/8000 sec ISO 2500 -0.3 eV) because of all the white birds in the area. I probably could have used a lower ISO, but depending on the direction of the sun I choose to err on the side of the faster shutter speed since there were fast ducks in the area.
