With regard to North Korea and Syria. NK produces Uranium. Syria produces Oil. Sounds like a trade deal to me. Of course no one in the western world wants Iran or Syria (or NK for that matter) to join the nuclear club. However I fail to see that NK considers Israel to be direct target for it's threats, at least not on the same scale as the threats it is making against the USA (and also at Australia which is also within range of NKs missiles).
