Thank you for your comments.
We recently lost our cat "Regie". Heart failure. Seeing your buddy made me smile. A double thank you. :)

Great shots. Yeah I carry my cam and my wife carries her iphone. That way when I mess up the shot I can count on her having a good backup. What happens more than I care to admit is her shot is better than mine anyway.... :0
I can usually beat her on long distance zoomed in shots but I must admit her iphone works great for close ups.

Thanks Capt.,
You and I are in the same boat. My wife has taken some beautiful pics with her phone.
By the way, good looking friend riding next to you. :)

Beautiful. Keep it up. It is more the photographer and technique and Han the equipment. Only difference is how big you can print it without pixels showing.

Thanks, maybe one of these days I will figure out the technique part of photography.

Nice collection. Love Kauai!
(Like the helo shot. We did that.)

Thank you. As I mentioned, this was our first time to this island. Like you, we really enjoyed it. Already made reservations for next year.
Helicopter ride was great but weather was overcast and with a few showers. Flew with Blue Hawaiian.

Okay....Maybe I'm blind, or just missing it, but those look like some pretty nice shots to me! Beautiful! Although, in the last photo, I would like to have seen more of the scenery, and less of the helicopter. However, maybe more of a composition than cell phone issue on that one.
Keep up with the beautiful shots!
Thanks for sharing.

Thanks for the kind words. I agree, after looking a the helicopter picture probably not the best choice. Oh well, there is always next time. Have a great day.

John, glad that you enjoyed your stay here in the area. I don't know when you were here, but as I tell anyone who wants to come here now, bring your passport so that you can freely travel between the two sides. Don't just hang at the Falls, the rapids and the gorge are great places go to. Also, on this side, if you go a little north, go to the Power Project Vista and go to Old Fort Niagara. This is a very well maintained fort that played major roles in the history of this area including the French and Indian War and the War of 1812. It is very remarkable that it is originally from the 1600's and has been preserved very well and maintained. You can also stop in the Village of Lewiston and enjoy the food and shops. That has grown in popularity among American and Canadians all year round. If you come back I hope some of these suggestions will help. Have a great Thanksgiving and enjoy. Michael

Good morning Michael,
Thank you for your suggestions. We will go back at some point.
We stayed on the Canadian side but brought along our passports. So we explored both sides. This was last April. My wife surprised me with a trip for my birthday. It was raining when we arrived late at night. We woke up to four inches of snow or more. Again, it was a great trip. We saw a lot of sights in a short amount of time.
