You have wonderful advice here! Please take it all, starting with a friend or medical assistant. You must see a Doctor or go to the ER. And you most definitely need a good Personal Injury Attorney. Look in the phone book or call the local Bar Association.
They know all the pitfalls, literally. But please get checked out physically. Your symptoms are concerning!

Both my Nikon SB800 and SB500 work just fine on my Z50. The 500 is sooh light and uses just 2 batteries instead of the
800's 5. But I'm partial to the older 800.
