I've always wanted to learn how to ride motorcycle but now that I am 68, I think I am little to old now my dad asked me when I was around 16 or 17 if I wanted to go look at some and I said no and I am still kicking myself in the butt for turning him down.

I started late in life also, still have my license but don't ride at 81!

All that torque and horse power and no pillion seat. Seems like a rather selfish indulgence.😟

Well, it's not our fault!!!

Just kidding.

No just like all the other crap in history, Firebombing Dresden at wars end, A-Bomb on Japan. One way to stop this kind of crap is to make it hurt and keep hurting.

Hey, I liked my Hondas, the last two were 305 Super Hawks, really fine motorcycles, reliable with really good brakes, This was before disc brakes. They had large, double-leading shoe drum brakes which at the time were perhaps the best brakes on a motorcycle of that size. They were amazing, unless of course you were going up hill and you needed to stop and you wanted to hold your position (you quickly learned why cars had both leading and trailing shoes).

Yup, good machine.

Complete Indian collection at Motorcycle "museum" in New Windsor, NY, just outside of Newburgh, NY, on Route 32. Worth a visit.

Had one for a while, should have kept it.

It is a nice shot of some super nice rides. I was a Triumph fan back in the day. Now I would have to stand on a box to even mount a bike.

I'm 1/4 Creek, born and reared in Tulsa, Oklahoma. I now live in Alabama, part of which was once Creek territory, and you're right, we did get screwed.

Thanks fort responding. There were some TryBikes there, nice group. Stay well.

When I was growing up we played Cowboys and Indians. Since the Indians always lost I was always chosen to be an Indian The reasoning behind this is another story. Anyway, I guess I have some Infinity or close association with Indians or to be correct "Native Americans", which I feel always got screwed by the White Man anyway I getting off topic.
Coming home this morning I ran into a group of Motorcycleist and wouldn't you know there she was...
