I did some side by side comparison and found Red River to be great, 'Fine arts as well, but quite frankly the best color came from Canon paper on the Canon pro100 with OEM ink an photoshop Canon Luster print profile. I have gone back to using OEM INK by the way, I had several issues

I always liked mat papers, then I tried Red River Ultra Pro Satin years ago and Now it is my main go to Paper. It has a look and feel that somehow calls out to me.

I also have to recommend Red River Paper. I use the Polar Pearl Metalic and the UltraPro Gloss in my Pro100 and use Precision Colors. Love the richness and depth from that trifecta. Red River has a nice sampler pack. The Precision Colors is great but only what you can use in a few months (the 2 oz kits work well).

I use Red River Papers for 3 reasons: 1- Quality and variety of papers ( they are EXCELLENT), 2- they provide ICC files for all their papers for your printer brand and model, 3- very good customer service if and when you need some assistance. Otherwise use the paper your printer company sells as their ICC files are installed when you loaded the printer drivers... Goid luck. Sounds like a fun project!

I have been using Red River Paper exclusively for just over 3 years. Very good company and very good papers. Started with their sample pack and went from there. I use an Epson P800 printer. Very satisfied. Best of luck.

What were the issues with the non OEM Ink using the Canon Pro 100 ??
