Val, is this one of your granddaughters? What a beautiful young woman! With her delicate features and pensive gaze, I have to go with #1 for pp. Quite lovely. (I note odd gray coloring in her hair; is that part of the vignette effect?)
#2 is very engaging - all those paintbrush looking dabs and swirls. Fantastic use of matting to enhance, not overpower.
The technique of #3 is a bit "too much" for me, though it works as a kind of dark statement about the swirling, chaotic emotions of a teenager.
Has she seen, and if so, what are her reactions?
Thanks for posting!
For visual richness, #2 strikes me as richer an more developed than the others. Also, has more emotion because of the cool coloration. Fine portrait, not knowing the person.
Thank you Architect1776 for looking..

HI Linda, Thank you very much and yes this is Erin my 13 year old granddaughter.. The graying in no 1 is due to the filter, I liked no 2 for the same reasons as yourself, no 3 is the marmite one you like it or you don't
I put filters on from smart photo editor to see how one picture can be changed...
She has not seen them yet but I will print them off for her...

Thank you very much Bob, out of the three I was torn between no 1 and no 2.. She is my Granddaughter.
No matter which is chosen your granddaughter is very beautiful Val!

Thank you very much Corky, she did go through a stage when I could not get a picture as she thought she was ugly!! Thankfully she does not think that now...
Interesting processing--my vote goes to the second one.
I think I would try #3 with normal skin tone.
All quite creative and unique - #1 gets my vote for simplicity and drawing the eye more towards her and less towards the backgrounds in 2 and 3. All three are visually interesting and show a good mastery of PP techniques. nice...
Wonderful examples of creativity and your granddaughter is gorgous. Is #3, one of the shapes (which can be designed or downloaded) where a clipping mask is used to bring the photo into the shape? Thanks for showing us these options Val. Bev
She has lovely features - would look good on any canvas!
