I do not view the problems and issues facing this country as simply black and white. There are many shades of gray. I support a woman's right to choose, but I think that she must make that decision before the second trimester unless the mother's life is in danger or an amniocentesis reveals severe handicaps. I do not support open borders, but I do support a path to citizenship for dreamers and for people who have been here for many years and have contributed to our society. I do not support a wall across the entire southern border, but I do support a wall where experts (not simply political hacks or government contractors) deem that a wall would be effective. I support a very strong e - verify system to discourage illegal immigration. I have no litmus test when I choose who I will vote for. I consider whoever is most aligned with my viewpoints while realizing that I will never find someone who agrees with me on 100 percent of the issues. I also believe that moral character and integrity are very important when choosing the people who represent us.

I agree with most of what you said. which does not appear to be in line with the democrats thinking. That is interesting. On Trump, I like what the guy does, sometimes I wish I could tell him to shut up, but overall I believe he is what this country needs at this time and he will get my vote. I like how he fights for Americans and I really don't care who he had affairs with 10 or 20 years ago or more. He has not done anything since taking office that makes me question his integrity. People say crap about a long time ago, but unless there is proof and court documents, to me it is crap. He has gotten Kim talking, not that they are trusted, but it is a start to get people to the table. Past leaders acted like the didn't exist. Kim is no longer firing missiles and that is a good thing. Have a good day George.

I am a realist. In an ideal world, every person engaging in sex would either be ready to be a responsible parent or be using birth control. This is the real world. Let's provide sex education and make birth control readily available to all. I do not consider people who came here as children with their parents years ago to be any sort of "aliens". Let's provide a pathway to citizenship for non-citizens living here who have not committed crimes and are contributing to our society. Have you heard from border agents who say that a wall is necessary across the entire border? The experts I have seen say that a wall is necessary in some areas and not in others. If we had a strong e-verify system, illegal immigrants would not come here because they would not find jobs. However, be prepared to pay higher prices for food and labor if we shut down illegal immigration. That is simply reality!

Is this an admission that Trump did things before he assumed the presidency which showed a lack of integrity? Which acts or behaviors are you referring to specifically?
