Hi Everyone!
I recently went back to a restaurant called "Plenty" in South Philadelphia. I did some interior and menu shots for them. What do you think, and would you rate these on a professional level?
Thanks!

I would visit based on these photos
Don't the professional food photographers spray something on photos to make them glisten ?
Read it somewhere but....Forgot

Well, since you asked...
You might consider a reflector to bring out a more evenly lit shot on 1,2,3 and 5.
Trying to be constructive, not complaining.
The others are fine just as is.
IMHO

Looks great! You sure have got me hungry!
Everything looks good and yes you need a little more lighting, maybe a good sized reflector. I think you've got it...the last photo looks like someone was in the picture and tried to hide, a ghost image...long exposure???

He wanted that effect, kind of like he was working back there haha.
Thank you everyone for the feedback!
What are the chances out of all the posts, that I would choose yours to look at first....as I said before...these are great!
#1,2 & 3 I think needs soft fill flash or reflected lighting - just too dark to see the whole image.
the last one I would "off" those rail lights & use other lighting to avoid the glare on the menu board - again bounced flash or reflected light.
All said it looks like a fine place to eat.

For #1 specifically, do you think the bowl looks to dark, or just around it? I purposefully added a lot of Vignetting post processing to it so the bowl would be the main focus. Thanks!

Yes Sarge, you are correct.
These remark's are from a beginner but these are my thought's....
#1 Too dark on the left side (not even)
#2 To much countertop showing at the top of the picture...draw's my attention away from the subject
#3 Read number two again
#4 The cookie picture to me is the best of the bunch (it all seems to come together in that shot.
#5 Very nice also
#6 ALso a good picture
#7 Scare's me not sure of what the item's in the bowl are (one thing look's like a tip of a finger)
#8 Is that a ghost behind the counter
Remeber that these reamrk's are from a beginner BUT those are my thought's
I have seen many of your picture's on here and you are very talented....Tom
