My husband, Vic, built this lightbox for me at a fraction of the cost of those of similar size (21.50x17.75) we found online. And it works beautifully! Please check out the downloads. Canon 24-105 on all but lightbox (Sony RX100M3...Vic's pic).
Anyone interested in the method I use to create my 'translucents', here is the link to my previous post based on Harold Davis' technique: https://www.uglyhedgehog.com/t-451419-1.html

For anybody interested in building the lightbox, the instructions are included at the end of the images.

Flower photos are sublime. Can you post the parts Vic used to build the lightbox? Thanks!

Nice set. Great to have someone around who is so handy. I'm not really very "crafty".

Beautiful shots, Donna.

By the way, after looking at the box, I can see that Vic is more than just a pretty face.

Beautiful shots....

Is it a light box or a light source Donna...I always thought a light box was something you put objects in to photograph...?
This is what I thought was a light box... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T6fnHEvLyAE
I suppose they are both light boxes but for diferent purposes...?
Vic's done a great job.
Help, I'm confused..
